The IBEN endowment fund is dissolved

Founded 5 years ago by the Neurochlore start-up, the non-profit IBEN fund aimed to help parents of autistic children and autism support associations. Over the 5 years of its existence, based exclusively on donations from Neurochlore, we have been able to distribute over €150K to various associations across the country, including Abashoshin , Asperanza (Brest) Autisme Pyrénées, les Maisons de Vincent , Arapi and Anfrepea. A donation was also made to Tous chercheurs, an association for parents of autistic children, to help them understand the syndromes and how to respond to them. Each association received between 9 and 14,000 euros in donation.

I can’t thank these associations enough for working in difficult conditions to help parents who are powerless to cope with the complexity of their tasks, and I’d like to thank the volunteer members of the Board who helped me in this task. In any case, I’m delighted to have been able to help – a little, too little – these marvellous people of goodwill who create a basis for exchange and solidarity that is often absent and ignored by politicians. When I visited these associations, I was able to appreciate their work and how essential donations are.Unfortunately, as Neurochlore’s funds have dwindled following the failure of phase 3, we have had to close this fund, which is very expensive to maintain (accounts, auditors, administration, etc.).

Thank you again, and I’m sorry I wasn’t able to continue this mission, which I consider essential for a company.
